PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holding device advantageous for cooling the batteries, and capable of suppressing damage on the battery holding claws, even if a holder for holding a plurality of batteries arranged laterally on the side face thereof consists of a stack of metal plate of press molded product.SOLUTION: A holder is constituted by stacking a plurality of metal plates 31, and each metal plate 31 includes first and second metal plate elements 32, 33 composed of two kinds of metallic material different from each other. When making the first metal plate element 32 of aluminum having a relatively high thermal conductivity, and making the second metal plate element 33 of iron or spring steel having a relatively high spring property, two effects of thermal conductivity and spring property can be obtained. As a result, damage on the battery holding claws of the holder can be suppressed advantageously for cooling the batteries. |
