PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increased load of a radio network caused by a handover.SOLUTION: A base station device establishes a first communication path between with a management device that performs network control or processes a signal related to user data, for each mobile terminal. When the occurrence of a handover related to the mobile terminal is detected, the base station device establishes a second communication path between with a base station device of a handover target. The base station device associates the first communication path with the second communication path. The base station device performs relay control of communication between the mobile terminal after the handover and the management device on the basis of the associated relationship between the first communication path and the second communication path. |
