PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably perform power saving according to a power saving request.SOLUTION: A power saving support system comprises a power saving support device that notifies a consumer, who receives a power supply from an electric power supplier, of a power saving request for requesting cooperation for power saving. The power saving support device comprises: a creation part for creating information on coupons available in stores and notification information including the power saving request, according to an input of a power saving request demand for the power saving request; and a notification part for notifying the consumer of the notification information created by the creation part.
