PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatial differentiation induction control method for embryoid body and a device thereof, which can perform differentiation induction space-specifically without exposing an embryoid body to a flow.SOLUTION: This invention provides a spatial differentiation induction control method for embryoid body, wherein spatial differentiation induction control is performed for a segmental embryoid body 11 under hydrostatic pressure, to obtain spheroids 12, 13 for which different differentiation states can be induced spatially, so that cell differentiation states are easily observed. |
