PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing installation which can improve productivity of microfilament bulk materials by an electrostatic spinning method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing installation of microfilament bulk materials comprises: a high-polymer solution tank 5 keeping high-polymer solution 51 in; a rotation member having a discoid part 9 rotating while contacting with the high-polymer solution 51; an accumulated electrode 1 sampling the high-polymer solution 51 rushing out of the rotation member; and a power-supply unit 10 applying voltage between the high-polymer solution 51 kept in the high-polymer solution tank 5 and the accumulated electrode 1.
