The present invention relates to a film wrapping machine for a refrigerator heat shrinkage film packaging apparatus. According to the present invention, a tube-type heat shrinkage film that is supplied from a film supplier is held for a front end portion to be open and the heat shrinkage film is moved downward in the held state so that a refrigerator disposed below can be covered therewith in a simple yet reliable manner. The refrigerator heat shrinkage film packaging apparatus includes the film supplier that supplies the tube-type heat shrinkage film which is shrunk by heat and has a long inner space in a longitudinal direction; the film wrapping machine that covers the refrigerator with the heat shrinkage film supplied from the film supplier; a film shrinker that applies heat to the heat shrinkage film so that the heat shrinkage film covering the refrigerator shrinks and comes into close contact with the refrigerator; and refrigerator transport means for transporting the refrigerator to determined operation positions of the film wrapping machine and the film shrinker. The film wrapping machine includes a film clamping section that holds the heat shrinkage film in a state where the front end portion of the heat shrinkage film supplied from the film supplier is widened to be open, a clamp driving unit that moves the heat shrinkage film held by the film clamping section downward so that the refrigerator transported to a lower position of the film clamping section by the refrigerator transport means is inserted into an inner space of the heat shrinkage film, and a film wrapping control unit that controls the operations of the film clamping section and the clamp driving unit.
