PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control unit or the like which can avoid the complication of layout associated with an installation while ensuring support strength of a control substrate in a housing, and contribute to compaction of an apparatus.SOLUTION: An electronic unit 1 comprises: a battery holder holding a body of a battery pack 3; and a fixed frame 13 which has a parallel arrangement loading part 15 placed in a state that a plate surface of a control substrate 2 and a bottom surface of the battery holder are adjacent each other at a boundary along a longer direction of the battery pack 3 and where the control substrate 2 and the battery holder 12 are fixed to the parallel arrangement loading part 15. A housing 11 comprises: an opening 11a for inserting the parallel arrangement loading part 15 of the fixed frame 13; and a back-side holding part for holding the parallel arrangement loading part 15 at an inner back-side of the housing 11 opposing to the opening 11a. The fixed frame 13 comprises: a front surface part 16 for seal which is fixed to the housing 11 in a state that the opening part 11a of the housing 11 is closed when the parallel arrangement loading part 15 is received inside of the housing 11.
