PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level difference part on one end side of a booklet in forming a saddle-stitch booklet.SOLUTION: A cutting device and a booklet formation apparatus ascertain the contents of printing set information transmitted from an image formation apparatus (S410). The cutting device determines whether cutting processing is set or not from the ascertained printing set information (S420). When cutting processing is set, the cutting device executes processing of cutting margins of a sheet (S430). A sheet after the cutting processing is carried to the booklet formation apparatus. The booklet formation apparatus adjusts folding positions of individual sheets on the basis of folding position information set for every sheet and executes processing of center-folding the sheets along the folding positions (S440). The center-folded sheets are mounted in order on a saddle member to form a sheet bundle. The booklet formation apparatus executes processing of saddle-stitching the sheet bundle by using a staple (S460). The configuration enables formation of a saddle-stich booklet provided, on one end side, with a level difference part in which pages are deviated in the form of a level difference. |
