The present invention relates to a system for providing a food and beverage service in a store using a smartphone and a food and beverage service providing method using the same and, more specifically, to the method of providing a food and beverage service in a store using a smartphone characterized in comprising: an image code recognition step in which a food and beverage service providing device installed in the store recognizes a customer image code displayed on the smartphone of a customer according to an order of the customer for food and beverage; an order inputting step in which the food and beverage service providing device extracts smartphone identification information included in the customer image code, matches the smartphone identification information with food and beverage details ordered by the customer, and generates a waiting number; and a food and beverage providing step in which, when the food and beverage ordered by the customer are prepared, the food and beverage service providing device generates food and beverage receipt information and transmits the information to the smartphone corresponding to the smartphone identification information, and the system for providing a food and beverage service. According to the present invention as above, a food and beverage receipt display or a pager for notifying receipt of ordered food and beverage in a food and beverage store can be replaced with the customer-owned smartphone, such that customers can be notified of the receipt of the food and beverage more conveniently and a store operator can reduce building and operation costs for a food and beverage receipt notification system. |
