PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of performing communication at an appropriate communication speed, and a DC-DC converter.SOLUTION: In the communication apparatus, a command part and a control part perform a two-way communication. In the case where a response signal to a control command cannot be received (S3; YES), the command part performs a series of operations including a control command re-transmitting operation (S5) for transmitting the control command, a reduction operation (S6) for reducing a present communication speed by one stage and a request command transmitting operation (S7) for transmitting a request command at the reduced communication speed, then performs a confirmation operation (S9) for confirming whether or not a present state of a control object included in received present information is matched with a target state of the control object included in the control command, performs an increase operation (S10) for increasing the reduced communication speed in the case where both of the states are matched (S9; YES), and maintains the reduced communication speed (S11) in the case where both of the states are not matched (S9; NO). |
