<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-generating plant, which is enabled to perform the output control of a power generation part by causing a water intake and discharge temperature difference not to exceed a regulation value even in the case where a water intake temperature abruptly drops, and by considering a predetermined time period till sea water taken from a water intake port reaches an exhaust port through a steam condenser.SOLUTION: A power-generating plant comprises: a power generation part for generating an electric power by a steam turbine; a steam condenser; a sea water system part for feeding sea water taken to the steam condenser, to discharge the sea water to the sea; and a control part for controlling the output of the power generation part so that the intake and exhaust water temperature difference may be confined within a regulation value for a predetermined time period, in the cases where the water intake temperature drops and where it is predicted that the intake and exhaust water temperature difference is out of the regulation value.</p> |
