The present invention relates to a power amplifier using a feedforward signal. According to the present invention, a power amplifier using a feedforward signal includes: a transistor which receives an AC type input signal through a gate, a first terminal which is connected to a first power source and outputs an amplified signal of an opposite phase to the input signal through a second terminal; and a transformer which allows the first terminal of a first side to be connected to the second terminal of the transistor, includes a second terminal connected to a second power source, allows the first terminal of a second side to be connected to a first DC power source, and allows the second terminal to be connected to the body of the transistor. According to the present invention to a power amplifier using a feedback signal, a threshold voltage can be controlled by applying the DC voltage and signal of the same phase as the input signal of the power amplifier to the body of a transistor, thereby obtaining a relatively high gain to the same consumption power compared to an existing technique. Also, there is no need to intricately connect external circuits by extracting a signal from the input of an amplifier. Because the level of the input signal is large, enough amplification can be carried out by a small transistor. |
