The present invention relates to a device for testing the durability of a mouse wheel, capable of testing whether a mouse wheel operates properly by continuously rotating the mouse wheel as an input device for a computer. The device for testing the durability of a mouse wheel according to the present invention includes a plate-shaped base plate (100); a mouse support member (200) that is positioned on an upper surface of the base plate (100) and fixes a mouse (1); a wheel rotation member (300) that is positioned on the upper surface of the base plate (100) and rotates the mouse wheel while rotating at a predetermined distance from the mouse support member (200); a driving member (400) that rotates the wheel rotation member (300); and a control member (500) that controls an operation of the driving member (400). The driving member (400) has pulleys (410) that are coupled with the wheel rotation member (300); driving belts (420) that are coupled with the respective pulleys; a driving unit (430) that rotates the driving belts (420); and a pressure roller (440) that is in close contact with an outer portion of the driving belt so as to tightly support the driving belts (420) connected to the respective pulleys (410).
