The present invention relates to a method for producing polyalkylenecarbonate. More specifically, the method includes a step of solution polymerization wherein an epoxide compound and carbon dioxide are polymerized in a solution in the presence of a catalyst and a solvent using a cobalt complex having a neutral single site. Therefore, stability and a degree of polymerization can be adjusted; and a post-treatment process can be easily performed after polymerization.
