The present invention relates to a seat cushion extension apparatus for rear seat of vehicle, which is designed to provide a leg resting function and a foot resting function to enhance user convenience. The seat cushion extension apparatus includes one pair of leg rest-guiding modules which is connected to a moving rail constituting a seat rail, and designed to slide back and forth; a leg rest-driving module connected to the leg rest-guiding modules to transfer driving force to the leg rest-guiding modules at the same time; and a leg rest-plate connected to the leg rest-guiding modules in the front of the leg rest-guiding module.
