PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING A COMBINATION OF A SALT AND SUGAR FOR PROVENTING OR TREATING LAX VAGINA SYNDROME OR COLPOXEROSIS DISEASE AND THE USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a parenteral pharmaceutical composition containing combination of salt and sugar, as an active ingredient, for preventing and treating colpoxerosis and lax vagina syndrome. The mixed composition of a salt and sugar mixture of the present invention shows that: a strong ability to contract vagina is exhibited as a result of an animal experimental to test an ability to contract vagina tissue of New Zealand white rabbits; and also that an outstanding action of enhancing inner pressure of vagina and an effect of enhancing secretion are demonstrated by an simple clinical example on 100 female subjects aged from 20s to 50s. Therefore, it is demonstrated that the composition of the present invention is effective for prevention and treatment of colpoxerosis and lax vagina syndrome so that the composition can be used as a composition to effectively and safely prevent and treat colpoxerosis and lax vagina syndrome.
