PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a risk that it may be difficult to provide the latest content for a terminal by only a few cache server devices when the load on a content processing device is increased.SOLUTION: A cache server device 4 comprises a communication management unit 41, a recording unit 42 for recording content in a cache, and a cache management unit 43. The communication management unit 41 sends a terminal 2 dynamic content read out from a cache 42b in response to a content acquisition request received from the terminal 2 connected with a network 3. The cache management unit 43 changes a cache effective time when the dynamic content gets recorded in the cache 42b depending on a load on the content processing device 5. When it exceeds the cache effective time when dynamic content gets recorded in the cache 42b, the cache management unit acquires content from the dynamic content processing device 5 again, and updates the dynamic content recorded in the cache 42b. |
