<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange efficiency in a cooling device and an electronic apparatus equipped with the cooling device.SOLUTION: A heat exchange element 14 is formed by alternately laminating first plate bodies, each of which has a first ventilation passage connecting a first supply/exhaust port 7 with a third supply/exhaust port 9 and having a substantially C shape on the surface side, and second plate bodies, each of which has a second ventilation passage connecting a second supply/exhaust port 8 with a fourth supply/exhaust port 10 and having a substantially inverted C shape on the surface side, at predetermined intervals. As a result, the first ventilation passage and the second ventilation passage in the heat exchange element 14 become long. Consequently, the efficiency of heat exchange between fluids flowing in the first ventilation passage and the second ventilation passage becomes high.</p> |
