PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method between a graphite structure and a metallic sheet remarkably different in a thermal expansion coefficient.SOLUTION: Provided is a joining method in which a brazing material is arranged on the surface of a graphite structure 10 by screen printing, the brazing material is brazed on the surface of the graphite structure 10 to form a brazed layer 20, a solder layer 30 is arranged on the surface of the brazed layer 20, also, a metallic sheet 40 is bonded to the brazed layer 20 by soldering, the brazed layer 20 includes two layers, i.e., a reaction layer 22 formed by chemical reaction between the brazing material and carbon in the graphite structure 10 and adjacent to the inside of the graphite structure 10 and a bonded layer 24 formed via a thermal step by the brazing material and located in the vicinity of the surface of the graphite structure 10, the metallic sheet is soldered to the brazed layer 20 in an environment at a relatively low temperature, and, this process can evade the formation of cracks in the graphite structure 10 without softening the metallic sheet 40. |
