The purpose of the present invention is to provide a filter module and a filter device that have superior washing capability for a hollow fiber membrane surface and can maintain high filtering capability. The present invention is a filter module provided with a plurality of hollow fiber membranes held so as to be pulled and arranged in one direction and holding members that affix both end parts of this plurality of hollow fiber membranes. The hollow fiber membranes have a support layer having polytetrafluoroethylene as a main component and a filtration layer laminated onto the surface of this support layer and having polytetrafluoroethylene as a main component. A ratio of average length to average outside diameter for the hollow fiber membranes is 500 - 3000. The plurality of hollow fiber membranes is preferably pulled and arranged in the vertical direction.
