摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye characteristic measurement device capable of performing cornea surface curvature measurement by removing influence of a ghost caused by an intraocular lens (IOL), even when the intraocular lens is inserted in a subject eye.SOLUTION: An eye characteristic measurement device includes: a ring light source for projecting a light flux to a cornea of a subject eye from the outside of the center axis of a light path; an optical system for receiving a cornea reflection light flux originated by the ring light source; cornea surface curvature calculation means for calculating a cornea surface curvature on the basis of a cornea reflection image received by the optical system; a visible light projection unit for projecting visible light to the subject eye; and a visible light amount control unit for changing a light amount of the visible light projection unit. When a subject eye is an IOL eye, the cornea surface curvature calculation means receives a cornea reflection light flux for calculating a cornea surface curvature after the visible light amount control unit increases a light amount of the visible light projection unit more than that in the case of measuring a subject eye except an IOL eye.
