The management system includes a history management unit that manages history information which associates the user identification information with the electronic device, and a determination unit that determines the electronic device to distribute the content, and the user as an object of provision of the content based on content attributes indicating the object of provision of the content and the history information managed by the history management unit.

an electronic device; and a management system including one or more devices to manage content that is provided to a user through the electronic device, wherein the electronic device includes a detection unit configured to detect a user who has used the electronic device and to receive user identification information that identifies the user, and a transmission unit configured to transmit the user identification information received by the detection unit to the management system, and the management system includes a history management unit configured to manage history information which associates the user identification information transmitted by the transmission unit with the electronic device in which the user is detected by the detection unit, and a determination unit configured to determine the electronic device to distribute the content, and the user as an object of provision of the content based on content attributes indicating the object of provision of the content and the history information managed by the history management unit.
