PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which can easily and certainly connect a platy cable by forming a projecting portion connected to a conductive trace connecting portion of the platy cable on wiring, facilitates manufacturing, simplifies a structure, and improves reliability while having small size and low height.SOLUTION: A connector has a platy cable connecting portion to which a platy cable is connected, and a platy fit-in portion fitted with a counterpart connector. The connector has: a plurality of terminals arranged in the fit-in portion, and contacted with a counterpart terminal of the counterpart connector; a plurality of conductive connecting portions exposed to the cable connecting portion, and connected to a conductive trace connecting portion of the platy cable; and a plurality of wirings extending from the fit-in portion to the cable connecting portion, and electrically connecting terminals and the conductive connecting portion to which are respectively corresponded. The conductive connecting portion is a projecting portion formed in the wiring, and an upper surface of the projecting portion has the same height of one side outer surface of the cable connecting portion. |
