摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing device in which in a reaction tank such as a hydrogenation treatment reaction tank or a hydrocracking reaction tank in which hydrogen is treated, a process gas that is rich in high temperature hydrogen and a high temperature hydrocarbon fluid are mixed with a low temperature current between two neighboring catalyst beds.SOLUTION: A gas liquid current performs break-through in an orifice 36 of two or more tangential inflows in which a horizontal drift failure mixing device is disposed in a container, and flows to a swirl box 40, high momentum of a process stream in the orifice, and a large distance between the orifice of the tangential inflow and a center line of the container cause a heavy vortex flow and a high number of revolution of a fluid in the swirl box. The high number of revolution of the fluid in the swirl box is essential for satisfactorily mixing the currents that flow through the orifice of the tangential inflow together. The fluid is left through an outlet opening 37 of a bottom wall of the mixing device making the mixing device to a vertical direction. A buffer plate 39 is disposed under the outlet opening to widen the fluid, and to lower velocity of a jet flow, and a temperature of the current of the outlet opening and a chemical component are equilibrated.
