<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aqueous manicure preparation cosmetics having excellent glossiness, adhesion, water resistance, peel resistance, and temporal stability, and also having advantages such that it is free from flammability and solvent odors.SOLUTION: The aqueous manicure cosmetics comprise: an alkyl acrylate copolymer water dispersion or emulsion having a specific glass-transition temperature Tg and a specific acid value; a viscosity improver, an alkaline compound and/or a surfactant as a viscosity modifier; a water dispersion as a pigment; and a surface-treated pearl pigment.</p> |
