The invention relates to a fluid application device (1) including: a holder (3) including a cavity (5) that has a visible depth (p) for the cavity (5); at least one magnet (9) contained within a recess (11) that is present in the holder; and an application head (13) including at least one portion made of a magnetizable material that is formed so as to be attracted by the magnet(s) (9, 19). Said application head has an application surface higher than half the total outer surface of said head, the device (1) being arranged such that said application head (13) is rotatably movable within the cavity (5). The invention also relates to a device for storing and dispensing a fluid, as a massage device.
