PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet transfer device and an image formation device which simplify user's jam processing work.SOLUTION: A sheet transfer device includes a rotatable endless suction belt 2 disposed to face an upper surface of a loaded sheet bundle 1; and suction means, such as static electrification means 3, which causes the suction belt 2 to suction the uppermost sheet of the sheet bundle 1. The sheet transfer device includes peeling means, such as a peeling member 35, which peels the sheet suctioned by the suction belt 2 when a paper jam occurs at the downstream side relative to the suction belt 2 in a sheet transfer direction. |
