PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which, after unfailingly discharging a gas inside a container and filling a content therein, securely seals the container while maintaining a stable attachment state of the container cap to the container, and to provide the container with the cap.SOLUTION: A cap 120 includes: a top plate part 121; an inner ring 122; and a skirt part 123. The inner ring 122 includes: a seal region 122a which closely contacts with an inner peripheral surface of a container mouth part 111; and a tip side region 122b which is formed so as to be located closer to the tip side than the seal region 122a. A contact part 122c which contacts with the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth part 111 and a ventilation part 122d which circulates a gas between a container interior part 112 and a container exterior part are formed in the tip side region 122b. |
