<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant for the tab lead of a laminated lithium ion secondary battery satisfying high reliability, insulation characteristics, and heat resistance of battery encapsulation entirely.SOLUTION: A sealant 1 for tab lead encapsulating the tab lead of a laminated lithium ion secondary battery has a three layer structure consisting of a laminate adhesive layer 5, an insulation layer 4, and a lead conductor adhesive layer 3 co-extruded. The laminate adhesive layer 5 is composed of a polypropylene-based resin having a melting point of 140°C or less, and a load deflection temperature of 70°C or more. The insulation layer 4 is composed of a polypropylene-based resin having a melting point of 145°C or more, and a load deflection temperature of 100°C or more. The lead conductor adhesive layer 3 is composed of a polymer alloy of acid modified polypropylene having a melting point of 135°C or less, and a polypropylene-based resin.</p> |
