The embodiment of the present invention provides a QoS (Quality of Service) processing method, apparatus and device. The QoS processing method of the present invention comprises: obtaining an application layer data packet of a streaming media service; obtaining a buffer time delay of a streaming media player corresponding to the streaming media service; and performing the QoS statistics of the streaming media service according to the buffer time delay and the application layer data packet. The embodiment of the present invention enables the accurate statistics of the quality of the streaming media service.
