<p>The present invention relates to a drilling apparatus using laser beam and, more specifically, to a drilling apparatus using laser beam capable of preventing foreign substances generated in a drilling processing of a workpiece from adhering to the workpiece. It is possible to make a workplace pleasant by collecting the foreign substances generated according to the drilling processing and to prevent workers from becoming unhealthy. A process for eliminating the foreign substances adhering to the workpiece can be omitted, thereby improving productivity, saving costs, and processing malfunction by determining whether the drilling-processed article has defects.</p> |
