PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device and a lighting system, which can protect a light-emitting element even when improper connection occurs.SOLUTION: Provided is a lighting device including a connection part, a plurality of light-emitting elements, a wiring part and a current-limiting part. The connection part is electrically connected with a control unit for outputting a DC voltage. The plurality of light-emitting elements each include a first terminal and a second terminal, and emits light when a forward current from the first terminal to the second terminal flows. The wiring part is electrically connected with the plurality of light-emitting elements and the connection parts and applies a voltage, which is input through the connection, to each of the plurality of light-emitting elements. The current limit part is electrically connected with each of the plurality of light-emitting elements and limits, in each of the plurality of light-emitting elements, at least one of reverse current flowing from the second terminal to the first terminal or the forward current. |
