<p>Provided are a data block length determination method, device and user equipment (UE), the method comprising: acquiring a preset number of historical reference time periods, and calculating reference power for each historical reference time period, the historical reference time periods having the same length, and the preset number being greater than or equal to 2; determining an adjustment parameter according to the reference power of each historical reference time period; utilizing the adjustment parameter to adjust target power in the current data transmission time interval (TTI); acquiring a data block length corresponding to the adjusted target power, and determining the data block length to be a target data block length. In the data block length determination method disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention, a user terminal acquires an adjustment parameter according to the reference power of the historical reference time period thereof, and adjusts target power via the parameter to obtain a target data block length without introducing any downlink signaling or using downlink channel code resource and power for downlink signaling transmission, thus improving communication efficiency of a downlink channel.</p> |
