PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a film with a resin which has a smooth resin surface and causes a small number of appearance defects.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a film with a resin of the invention includes: a coating liquid manufacturing step where a resin composition including a filler and a resin is subject to centrifugal treatment under reduced pressure to form a coating liquid; and an application step where the coating liquid obtained in the coating liquid manufacturing step is applied to a base material film. It is preferable that the flow form of the resin composite becomes a thin film form during the centrifugal treatment in the coating liquid manufacturing step. |
