PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid electrospray method that can obtain an obtained product with high efficiency and that can suppress inhalation of VOC by an operator and discharge of VOC into environment.SOLUTION: A liquid electrospray method comprises the steps of: providing a ESN1 for electrostatically spraying in an electric field a first liquid sample containing a predetermined compound and a CE for forming an electric field between the CE and the ESN1 or a ESN2 for electrostatically spraying in an electric field a second liquid sample containing a predetermined compound; providing an electric potential difference between the ESN1 and the CE or the ESN2 to fractionate the first liquid sample and/or the second liquid sample in a medium liquid into a charged liquid droplet; and electrostatically spraying.
