<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device, a display device, and an illuminating device, capable of efficiently emitting light originated from an organic light-emitting layer toward the exterior, and of emitting light at a high luminance.SOLUTION: A bank (an insulating layer) 15 sectionalizing a first electrode (a lower electrode) 12 into a plurality of sections for each predetermined region (e.g., each pixel) is composed of a material having at least light reflectivity. It is preferred that a material having a white color tone is used as the material having the light reflectivity. Further, it is also preferred that a material having light diffusivity as well as the light reflectivity is used.</p> |
