The present invention relates to a cooling device to refine pyrolysis-gas of waste generated in the carbonization process of waste to gain pure combustion gas by removing tar, hydrogen chloride, and hydrogen sulfide which are floating particles of pyrolysis-gas when not combusting and destroying combustibles (including combustible waste, obsolete petroleum products, and coal) which are low in calories and hard to recover, but carbonizing the same, refining pyrolysis-gas which is carbonized gas generated in the carbonization process, and refining the same through a cooling device to use the same as a fuel having high calorie.
