PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide implementation of battery refreshment without users' awareness. SOLUTION: The battery 1 is configured so that a plurality of battery cells 111, 121 are connected with a plurality of circuit systems arranged in parallel and an output of the battery cell connected with the one circuit system is connected to a booster circuit 102 that boosts the output to be higher than a voltage of the battery cell connected to the other circuit systems.
