PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide casing structure that can reduce infiltration of liquid into the interior. SOLUTION: Respective edges of a gear housing 11 formed of an electro-conductive metal material and a housing cover 12 formed of an electro-insulative resin material (a housing side edge 11a and a cover side edge 12a) are put together. A screw 31 is inserted through a joining hole 11b and a joining hole 12b formed in prescribed positions of the edges to join and fix the gear housing 11 and the housing cover 12 each other and, at the same time, a co-fastening connection part 21b formed on an earth terminal 21 provided on the housing cover 12 is so co-fastened as to be electrically connected to the gear housing 11 around the screw 31 by the co-fastening and fixation. In the cover side edge 12a, a seal groove 23 for arranging a sealing member 22 that is to be intervene between the cover side edge 12a and the gear housing 11 is formed includes a terminal groove 23b so formed as to pass between the co-fastening connection part 21b and the interior of the housing cover 12.
