The present invention relates to a support structure of a large floating body using guide piles. The support structure includes a large floating body floating on the sea; one or more guide piles inserted into the large floating body in the vertical direction to support and move the large floating body in the vertical direction; and a base structure which binds the lower parts of the guide piles and is installed on the seabed. The large floating body includes multiple pile sleeves which accommodate the inserted guide piles and have one or more shock absorbing members.
