PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall-pipe provided along a building wall and allowing a chain gutter to give its advantages for preventing the occurrence of crime by preventing the chain gutter from swinging and applying the chain gutter to the fall-pipe. SOLUTION: This fall-pipe 1 is constituted in such a way that an upper part zone of the fall-pipe 1 provided along the building wall 2 is constituted by a gutter part 3 like a straight pipe fixed on the building wall 2 and a lower part zone of the fall-pipe 1 is constituted by a chain gutter part 4 formed by mutually connecting upper and lower end parts of a plurality of chain piece members 5 suspended from the gutter part 3 like a straight pipe and formed into a cylindrical shape having substantially the same outside diameter as that of a cylindrical shape of the gutter part like a straight pipe and making them continuous like a straight pipe.
