The present invention relates to an apparatus for compensating for the sinking and bending of a ram of a horizontal boring machine. To be specifically, the apparatus for compensating for the sinking and bending of a ram of a horizontal boring machine can compensate for a decrease in machining accuracy due to sinking and bending caused by self-weight or additional attachment of an optional device (an attachment) when a ram spindle including a ram of a horizontal boring machine moves in a horizontal direction. In other words, the apparatus can compensate for sinking valueαto the transfer of the ram of the horizontal boring machine using a hydraulic cylinder installed in the upper part of a head stock, and can compensate for bending valueβof the ram due to the weight of the attachment using a hydraulic cylinder and a tension bar assembled at the back end of the ram at the same time. Therefore, the apparatus for compensating for the sinking and bending of a ram of a horizontal boring machine can maintain parallel between the ram and the ram spindle and can improve machining accuracy of an object to be machined.
