摘要 <p>A capacitive electromagnetic flow meter is realized by the two-wire method. Provision is made for: a power supply unit (14) which is provided with a primary side input capable of connecting two transmission lines DL, and a secondary side output insulated from the primary side input, and can convert the DC power supplied from the transmission lines DL to the specified power and output the power from the secondary side output; and a calculation means which calculates the flow of the target fluid for detection flowing through the flow path of a measuring tube based on the voltage signal detected by a detection circuit (34) and can output an excitation control signal for controlling the drive state of an excitation circuit (24) to the excitation circuit (24), and a power supply control signal for controlling the drive state of the power supply unit (14) to the power supply unit (14). The excitation circuit (24) and the detection circuit (34) are connected to the secondary side output of the power supply unit (14). The calculation means controls the current flow from the transmission lines DL supplied to the primary side input of the power supply unit (14) in response to the calculated flow rate of the target fluid for detection.</p>
