PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold that facilitates releasing a reinforcing member without deformation, and a method of manufacturing a holding jig which maintains flatness of the reinforcing member by releasing the reinforcing member from the mold without deformation. SOLUTION: The mold shapes the holding jig which includes: the reinforcement member having a flange; and an elastic member, and includes: a first molding 22 and a second molding 23 for forming an arrangement space 36 in which the reinforcement member is arranged; a first shaping pin 34 and a second shaping pin 35 erected in the first molding 22 and the second molding 23; and a pressing member 24 arranged so as to advance to the second molding 23. The method of manufacturing the holding jig includes a step of releasing the mold 21, in which the pressing member 24 includes a first pressing part 46 opposing to the flange in the arrangement space 36 and a second pressing part 46 opposing to the first shaping pin 34, from an integrated molding by pressing the flange of the integrated molding shaped in the mold 21, and the elastic member with the pressing member 24.
