The present invention relates to a pipeline arrangement structure for a dual fuel engine capable of rearranging pipelines such as a main feed pipe to supply gaseous fuel to a cylinder, a cooling water pipe, and a cylinder head while the engine is separated or utilized. The pipeline arrangement structure for the dual fuel engine is a structure positioning the gas fuel main feed pipe (120) on a spot horizontally separated at a distance (G2) from a spot where a line vertically extended from the inner end of the main feed pipe (120) is outward from a line vertically extended from the outer end of a cylinder head block to make the lower part of the main feed pipe (120) be positioned on a spot higher than the top surfaces of the cylinder head covers (40, 50); connecting the main feed pipe (120) and a gas inflow valve (160) on the top surface of the cylinder head block (30) with a distribution pipe (140); positioning a main cooling water pipe (180) on a spot horizontally separated from a distance (G3) from a spot where a line vertically extended from the outer end of the main cooling water pipe (180) between the cylinder head covers (40, 50) and the main feed pipe (120) is inward from the line vertically extended from the inner end of the main feed pipe (120) on the top surface of the cylinder head block (30); and connecting the main cooling water pipe (120) and an entry of a water jacket on the top surface of the cylinder head block (30) with a cooling water distribution pipe (190).
