The present invention relates to a high heat-resistance flame-retardant compound and a method for manufacturing the same. The heat-resistance flame-retardant compound and/or a flame-retardant resin using the same are/is an additive for engineering plastic such as polycarbonate, ABS, HIPS and the like and can be widely applied for various composite materials such as an insulation material and an insulation plate of a highly reliable electric/electrical part, for example EMC, an adhesive, a coating agent, a paint and the like, wherein the electric/electrical part requires physical and chemical properties including flame retardancy, thermal resistance, thermal stability and the like.
