PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle in which the impression of the display device being outdated is dispelled without deteriorating the visibility of a driver. SOLUTION: The display device includes an indicator 10 stored in an instrument panel 6 of the vehicle 5, a front glass 20 which is provided between the indicator 10 and the driver so that the indicator 10 can be seen from the driver of the vehicle, and formed in a concave shape to approach from the edge of the instrument panel 6 to a driver side in its cross section in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle 5, and a dark-colored ceiling 30 formed on the ceiling 7 of the vehicle 5 positioned in the front side of a driver's seat 8 of the vehicle 5. The front glass 20 has a mirror 21 reflecting light L from the eye range ER of the vehicle 5 to the dark-colored ceiling 30 and mirroring the dark-colored ceiling 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
