PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off device for reliably detecting the damage of an interception bar, facilitating easy processing work and drastically reducing a manufacturing cost by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The cut-off device includes: a cut-off bar 2 that is movably disposed in a position for cutting off or opening a predetermined path; an RFID tag 3 that is provided with the cut-off bar 2; a receiving antenna for reading the ID information of the RFID tag 3 of the cut-off bar 2; and a determination control device 7 for determining whether the cut-off bar 2 is damaged or not based on the ID information read by the receiving antenna.
