PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: though a body frame has to be opened so as to recognize an illegal act to a board box, frequency of opening the body frame is few in normal hall work, and therefore the illegal act cannot be found until there is work for opening the body frame. SOLUTION: Because an opening portion sealing structure 133 of the board box 130 can be visually recognized through an opening part 150, a worker of a hall opens a glass door frame 60 and visually recognizes the opening portion sealing structure 133 from the opening part 150 to recognize a sealing state. Thereby, the worker can perform a check of the illegal act to the board box 130 while going around in the hall after close-down, opening the glass door frames 60, and performing the various pieces of work, and can early find the illegal act to the board box 130 capable of being performed even during business.
