<p>The present invention relates to a preliminary separation method and a device for an inner layer bag of a bag-in-bottle. More specifically, the said invention relates to a preliminary separation method comprising: forming air holes using a pinch off line under a bag-in-bottle for double blow molding to insert an inner layer bag into an outer container; and injecting outer air into the air holes and the inner bag, wherein the pressure for air injection to the air holes of the outer container is stronger than the pressure for air injection to the inner layer bag to separate the bottom of the inner layer bag through a buffer action and restore the inner layer bag by the injection of the outer air. Therefore, the present invention can efficiently discharge contents from the inner layer bag when the contents are pumped, and the inner layer bag is pressed because the inner layer bag, temporarily attached through the pinch off line under the outer container, can effectively be separated and restored.</p> |
